The following are possible:
-Altendorf
-Martin
-Panhans
-SCM
-Format 4
Has anyone bought a new circular saw lately and can make recommendations?
How do the manufacturers relate to each other in terms of price?

Sorry I can only type in English, I hope you dont mind
I have recently upgraded my panel saw. My current panel saw is Griggio Unica 350. there is nothing wrong with it, it is a 3.8m slider - and this is the problem, I work from my workshop, my workshop is only 9m x 6m.
I don't have too many options here in New Zealand, there is Altendorf, SCM, and Format 4. Martin and Panhans has an agent in Australia which is 3000km away.
so it narrows down to SCM and Format (never really considered Altendorf)
I have bought new machines from Felder (AD951) and SCM (TI145EP) in the last 24 months, so I know what both are like in terms of after sale service and the machine build quality
Format/Felder
I bought Felder AD951 in 2019. I thought I give Format/FELDER A chance. I was able to view a top spec Kappa 590 at Felder's display room - not impressed with the build quality at all, for example, the miter fence extension is same size as my Robland NX410! this is not acceptable for a saw that cost 3 x Robland! my Griggio mitre fence extension is stronger than Kappa 590 (this is when I learnt Griggio used to make Martin entry level panel saw?)
However the software and the human interface of the Kappa 590 is pretty impressive.
SCM
lets put it this way, the moment I wanted to upgrade my panel saw is the moment I received my SCM spindle moulder in July 2021. the SCM is so well built compare to Felder.
I have seen L'Invincibile panel saw once before at SCM display room, very impressed with the machine build quality and the attention to detail. SCM cost more than "Equivalent" fields panel saw. but I think there are reasons for it ... I originally only wanted a Class machine, but by the time you add the options, it is more expensive than a L'Invincibile! thats when I decided to "bite the bullet", "cry once, laugh forever" ... whatever you call it, I ordered a L'Invincibile si X - its uber expensive but I do a lot of work on my panel saw ( I don't even have a miter saw).
There is a little story about my SCM L'Invincibile saw, 2 months I put my order down, SCM released their new 15 inch touch panel, similar to Felder. I didnt know this until 4 months after I put down my deposit. I emailed SCM about, they emailed back said they can upgrade to the latest control panel but there will be slight delay - no charge.
my new panel saw will arrive April 2022.
