Metabo 5378 bandsaw bottom wheel out of round

Hi all,

I recently bought a metabo 5378 type B bandsaw, put new tires and new blade. The bottom wheel seems to be out of round as the blade vibrates forwards and backwards. When the wheels are spun with the motor off, there is a distinct noise of the blade tightening and loosening.

Is it possible to fix this wheel? And if not, where can I find a replacement bottom wheel?

Should be fixed with a new bearing.
It is mounted in the center of the wheel.

This is the bottom wheel which taper locks onto the motor shaft. The shaft is true, but the wheel is oval.

No bearing in the wheel?
Does it feels rough when turning by hand without installed Blade?

It is the driven wheel which is directly taper locked to the motor drive shaft. The rotation is smooth and no play on the motor bearing. The wheel is slightly oval which is causing the forward and backwards drift of the blade.
