Good morning. If you have really a lot to sand tools like that from Arminius are helpful. For Hobby it's the best to sand by hand. Costs, equiping of the tool, time to adjust,...... is too much in relation to make it by hand in my opinion. Even with this Tool you have to sand some parts by hand to get good rounded edges.

Use real sharp tools, the best upm and the best feedingspeed.
I'd work with 6000 upm and 6 Meter/Minute, my tool is 140mm diameter and 2 knives.
You spray once, sand it with a fine sanding sponge and keep on working.
If the milling surface is too rough already it can become a little wet by a sponge,
when it is dry again sand it lightly with a sanding sponge so that the upstanding
fibers get off.
