BLADES: They are composed by a wood blade milled on design to obtain an ellipsoidal section and a hole at the extremities to put pins and bush to allows the rotation. Blades are closed at the extremities by die cast anodised aluminium end blocks.This type of blade is supplied in the standard section of cm 14 and 19. For those 14 cm wide in 4 different wood essences (red cedar, oak, teak and iroko), for those 19 cm wide only in red cedar. Blades can be supplied in row wood or with finishing composed by coat of water impregnated, water undercoat for external, and water finishing coat for external.FRAMES These are produced in extruded anodised aluminium with special sections and sizes according to customers' needs. These are pre-positioned for guides for fixing stainless steel pivots. The available sizes are: 50x50 section, 50x100 rectangular section and 50x65 and 60x100 rounded section. The control bar is in extruded anodised aluminium with connecting accessories in stainless steel and brass. The guides are held by brackets or directly onto the wall. On request is possible to order frames in steel stainless, wood etc.BRACKETS these are necessary when the sun louvre cannot be installed within the frames. The brackets are produced in the required sections following static exigencies and of project and can be in anodised or painted aluminium, in painted galvanised steel and Inox steel. These brackets are fixed with different distances from 1.2m to 3.0m according to the type of frame. MANUAL CONTROL blades rotate on their own geometrical axis at an angle of approximately 120° and are manually controlled by either teleflex or by an outside handle. The former consists of a flexible sheaf, a steel centre with a spiral pusher and reducer in a small aluminium box placed outside, the latter has a combined handle via its arm, and is held in place by eyelets fixed at set positions.
