The French company CIFCA comes from "les grandes cuisines Lopez" , cooking manufacturer from 1950. Specialized in customizable stoves for professional cookers, CIFCA decided to create a custom range for the residential market in 1991. "Les Fourneaux de Provence" were born in 1998 , directly inspired by the "pianos" of cooking made for the great chef from the leading restaurant. Each range is equipped with components that set the standard in power: potency of burners, oven of big dimension ,stainless steel chassis; Enamel , massive bronzy knobs ,stainless steel or polished brass doors trims will satisfy the most over demanding and make an ultimate kitchen appliance of your stove.
