Elmar presents “Radical” adding versatile appeal to day-to-day life so that the kitchen can be totally enjoyed, sharing experiences, sensations, flavours and fragrances in an elegant and functional place. Designed by Ludovica + Roberto Palomba, Radical confirms Elmar's focus on ecological values with its important new features: the use of thermally treated ash and a special treatment for coloured sheet metal. Sheet metal elements are in 100% recyclable aluminium while a lacquering technique with epoxy powders ensures a high level of mechanical resistance and duration. The Radical kitchen arrangement at Spazio Fiorentini - Fuorisalone will include: - a hob-sink island unit, 300 x130, with a load-bearing frame in white lacquered iron, a white Nikron worktop and a built-in sink. Below the sink area is a sink housing unit and a dishwasher externally covered by a “sleeve” of white sheet metal; - an open unit in thermally treated ash, 309x67; - a tall unit, 150 cm, coated in coloured sheet steel; - an extractor hood in lacquered sheet metal and a large shelf with fitted light.
