Solatube Global Marketing, Inc is a proud corporate sponsor of the AIACE (www.aiace.org). The AIACE is the European chapter of the American Institute of Architects, providing professional advancement and fellowship among architects in twenty-eight (28) countries around continental Europe. Solatube Global Marketing, Inc (SGM) was honored to present at AIACE's International Conference held in Manchester, U.K. (April 24th, 2009). Dana Carlson, Sales and Marketing Manager for SGM gave a presentation on daylighting and Tubular Daylighting Devices(TDDs) in new and old homes and buildings. The architects discovered through Dana's presentation that for many projects, increasing the energy savings and sustainability of homes and buildings can be achieved by adding more daylight and using less electricity; best incorporated by installing a Tubular Daylighting Device. During the question and answer session architects were able to ask more specific questions about Solatube® Daylighting Systems with regards to their current and future projects; specifying Solatube systems into their plans. Solatube offers a variety of architectural specifications to the architect community worldwide to better help them specify Solatube Daylighting Systems into all projects needing daylight.
