By its decorative aspect, whitemat, and its acoustic performances, the Samoa® ceiling is used in all the types of buildings of the tertiary sector
ffices, shops, hotels, restaurants, general-purpose rooms, school buildings… Presentation Samoa® is a stone wool ceiling, offering excellent acoustic absorption, with a whitemat decorative aspect. The panels, existing in 2 edges versions, are reinforced with a natural glass fibre on the contreface. Fire Performance REI 20 to 60, Samoa® ceiling 600x600mm. To improve the thermo acoustic performances from 0 to 200 mm of glass wool (IBR) can be added on the ceiling panels with or without aluminium vapour barrier. Resistance to humidity Eurocoustic stone wools are non-hydrophilic. The ceilings are completely resistant to humidity and may be used in the most severe atmospheres without any risk of sagging. Maintenance The smooth surface of Samoa® panels does not retain dust and is easy to clean. Samoa® panels may be cleaned with a vacuum-cleaner. This type of upkeep contributes to the long life of the ceilings, particularly in rooms where the plenum has to be accessed frequently for maintenance.
