For use in self-supporting floors, coverings and walls for civil, commercial and industrial buildings, carparks (including underground) and the service sector.Gruppo Centro Nord builds multi-storey buildings both above and below ground, using various precast components structurally monolithic in the final phase. These self-supporting components are assembled on site using hyperstatic connections as in structures cast on site. They are:hollow core slabs;semi-prefabricated floor beams in reinforced or prestressed concrete with protruding stirrups;semi-prefabricated reticular steel beamsrefabricated single-storey pillars;multi-storey prefabricated tubular steel pillars.
