The industrial process is made up by several phases, starting even before to get into works: the careful choice of the raw materials from the renewable forests of the north of Europe; the choice of non-toxic adhesives; the precise working that removes the typical solid wood defects increasing its resistance and life.The process then continues inside the plant where the wood, after kiln drying, is glued in lamellas, pressed, moulded and scrupulously classified in the single parts making the design. The last phase is the impregnation and coloration of the elements that, with ironware and metal structural work, are ready to be shipped to the yard.
