Nevins is pleased to announce the partnership with Omnova laminates to provide the 3D Laminate work surface for all Nevins' existing training table lines. 3D Laminate is a highly durable, competively priced rigid thermofoil surface that provides a unique seamless edge. The 3D Laminate's rigid thermofoil technique uses a vacuum formed process allowing the laminate to contour to the tabletop's three-dimensional shape, which removes the need for any t-mold or edge banding. 3D Laminate's dimensional flexibility and cleanability provides the perfect solution for educational and healthcare settings. The surface can be easily cleaned with regular soap and water, and the lack of seams prevents the collection of bacterial and debris build-up. In comparison to standard high pressure laminates, the 3D laminates used on Nevins' tables provides a higher level of durability with increased resistance to impact, marring, scratching, and abrasion. While the standard thermofoil table manufacturer offers their customers 4 to 10 tops finishes, Nevins provides 80 standard patterns and colors that range from wood grains to solid and metallic colors.
