Metal HPL - a very SM'art idea !

Metal HPL is a range of laminate with a real aluminum or stainless steel 0,4 mm foil in place of the melamine decor. The aluminum surface is protected either by anodizing (items 7007, 7131, 7134, 7138) or by an epoxy lacquer coating (items 2001, 7135, 7777). All these decors are intended exclusively for vertical applications because of their low scratch, wear and chemical products resistance. Aluminum is very delicate and hot objects or adhesive tapes could damage its surface. Stainless steel (items 7002 and 7005) is only 0,4 mm thick, thus it can be processed with woodworking tools, however it will wear quickly the toools. The aspect of Metal HPL is changing when turned by 90° or 180°. Metal can be cleaned with a soft and clean cloth with water and soap. Solvents should be avoided since they could damage the surface. Metal HPL can be supplied with a MED certificate for shipyards
