Islas Galapagos in Various Colors

The one-off series of Islas Galapagos, designed by Iris Kadouri, is available in various colors. Because it is a one-of series, each set is made only once in each color. Iris Design Studio will match the color of the client's choice and create a series of at least 400 butterflies, each made of six glass layers, hand crafted and with high end finnish. The design of Islas Galapagos took over two years. Finding the right type of glass as well as solving Iris's no-scews design, demanded the rseach for specialists, each in their own field, to upgrade a simple layout into an extravagant product. Iris Kadouri's designs have always been described as clean, simple and contemporary. To combine this notion with the aspiration to bring nature into urban space, demanded a great deal of courage and an imagination. Islas Galapagos is sold through galleries or directly by Iris Design Studio.
