In-es.artdesigns 2009 collection of interior lighting contains many exciting new products, such as ‘Mezza luna piantana'. Mezza luna piantana comes in a limited and numbered edition. The idea behind it is to create an esthetic interaction between a person and it's environment. The special ‘touch system', has developed out of this particular thought: the lamp is switched on, as well as the intensity of the light is altered, just by touching the lamp foot, choosing between three levels of light depending on the atmosphere that one wants to create. Careful attention has been paid to details and the materials are chosen specifically, such as nebulite®, which creates a certain warm and atmospheric refraction of light, metal alloy, steel and resin.
