Cavicel Spa is based in a pleasant environment where people are happy to work, thanks to structures aimed at giving a sense of wellness, at a practical management and a reduced need of maintenance . Particular care has been taken while planning the systems, rationalizing the working space according to the different activities and the respect of the environment. A large area has been kept green, to allow those working within the structure to enjoy nature.The building is made unique by the huge glass windows of the working areas, facing a beautiful garden. The number of materials and inside finishes has deliberately been kept minimum. Plaster, glass, steel and stone prevail. Light is vital, from the windows, from the roof: people work immerged in a luminous environment, and the garden makes them feel like they are cuddled by nature even in winter.Light is the key element also in the offices: sun light coming through crystal walls, roof and windows.IDEA's transparency, Nordwall's one-sheet tempered glass partitions system, makes the environment look wider and more luminous, open and comunicative.A company is made of people, buildings, machinerys, technology, know-how, equipment...people are the main resource as they “animate” the structure, they make sense for it, they make it grow through their ideas, their knowledge, experiences, imagination and commitment. Cavicel's founder was particulary sensitive toward human relationships, which he considered an absolute priority in a working environment; that is still one of the main characteristics of the Company.
