Based on the software Controls 3000, Acess Pass is a management solution of customers flows in community.This software integrates various functions as access control per type of visitor, the sale of access charts with cash control and planning management.Each type of visitor (individual, subscriber, club, group...) or tarif (young person, inactive...) can be adapted with flexibility according to services: single entry, entry combined with computerized management of lockers... All the transactions carried out by subscriber are preserved and consultable on request. Acess Pass delivers various types of passage titles: magnetic badge, bar-code facilitating the user access on various sites... Each space has terminals of possible entry and passage of the one with the other. Each terminal can output the account of an subscriber in time or value according to the type of service and attended space. It is possible, at any moment, to know the IMF of the site. For the management of cash, we developed a cost accounting directly linked to the software permitting generation of results and statistics. The management of the customers is carried out by retrieval of data bases results. Easy to re-use, these files are compatible with the Excel and Word software . Acces Pass also offers other essential functionalities for a good management of the customers: sales and frequentation statistics of the site, cash statements per day, week or month (cashings, Turnover and Taxes, sales state in quantity and value) and statistics in the form of list, table or histogram.
